I've had "military personnel" in a military plane dive on a boat I was in just for the stupid fun of it.

You never know, but they say there was a chain of custody from start to finish so unless the government is faking, that seems remote.

They were over water, Navy jet, doing about 300mph, but the UFO was going across their front from right to left, so its hard to tell.

I would only say that if they were so advanced and such a proven threat (which no one seems to know) the usual government response is to keep it secret "to prevent panic" while they seek to copy it "for our protection" using black funds scammed for the same ignorant masses. I would prefer someone showing me the threat before forcing me to pay for it.

They are highly educated and trained, you know. Although the guys who drew a penis in the sky kinda put the kabosh of getting excited.

Well no one is admitting to or even acknowledging anything, so they may already have the answers, or not.
If I was the US military and I knew we were completely outclassed, it would be top secret.
