      you make a good point. But the actual law cited was HIPAA, the right to your privacy regarding your medical history. Here's the irony: the right to privacy of your medical records is now kaput DUE to Obamacare. All the doctors had to make serious electronic infrastructure changes(which they were given huge tax credits to implement) so that the govt has instant access to your medical history. Once fully implemented,it would allow all your doctors to have the same info about you, remind you of yearly checkups and keep bugging you until you get them done, presumably to give you better care. IN fact, the govt will ultimately use it to make decisions on whether or not you should receive certain care. I got that from the CFO of a huge cardiac practice, who implemented the changes via govt mandates.
