    Beautifully written and easily understood. Which is why most Libs won't comprehend it because it's not a 2,000+ page bill filled with Lawyer-esque non-sense. Oh, I will not offer any apologies to any lawyers who happen to read the Gulch. I'm sure you're all adults and have thicker skin than the Libs. Think of it as constructive criticism.
