Do tell...as an IT consultant for more than 20 years, having my team design and deploy dozens of databases and websites for clients, to build something of this caliber with only a 50,000 daily user expectation is asinine. Sure, you can anticipate many fires when initially testing a database of this type. But the crippling effect of what has been provided to the fedgov is as scandalously negligent as it is obnoxiously expensive. Typical government waste combined with the government typical desire to wrest significant power from the individual.
