One of the key phrases was uttered by an environmental terrorist group in the article: "public resources". It's a code word for "if we can't have it, noone can."

    In my lifetime the Feds may very well ban all ocean fishing. No. Not an exaggeration. I have been a sport fisherman since I was about 3. What I have seen has been a reckless, wild program of regulations stacked on regulations.

    The would kill all independent producers given the chance. Fisherman represent a threat to their controll.
