Perhaps we should borrow some laws for thieves from Sharia Law? In any case, we may need more laws about restitution especially for public officials and government employees. And first we have to get some laws that makes them non-exempt from all our other laws.

And no mention of restitution to the people she stole from. That's justice in America. Catch a thief who took advantage of her position of trust in government by stealing from constituents and honest people.
