What does the yellow fringe on the flag in court mean? I am working on getting a copy of a book that has the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the 13 Amendments. It is sworn in writing to be accurate by the librarian and Notarized. Would that help?

No, that strikes me as a "crank" theory comparable to the notion that a yellow fringe on a US flag makes the court it's in an admiralty court.

However, I do believe in "the Constitution in exile", mainly meaning that certain key Supreme Court rulings made during the "progressive" era (those in the book The Dirty Dozen, for starters) are illegitimate and have poisoned the well of precedent for about the last 130 years.

To correct those we need constitutional change. I would fix the size of the Supreme Court (so no president can ever pack it) and give it the power to remove a president who disobeys its orders (so no more Andrew Jacksons).

It would be a starting point, but not proof by itself. I would try to find the same book from other sources, so as to know who wrote it and when.

So we're supposed to believe in something but never allowed to see proof? Sounds like God.

You can upload pics when you start a new discussion topic and they will appear under the new topic text. For example, if you had loaded pics on this discussion they would appear at the top of this page just before the Add Comment box.

Hi freedomforall, The original 13 amendment can be found in many old publications. I have pictures of an old book with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and amendments. It has only 13 amendments and it's the one that starts "If any citizen...." The proof is out there if you look for it.

The original 13th amendment was ratified in 1819 well before the confusion caused by the civil war. Remember it wasn't replaced by the current corporate copy. It is still in effect. However as a US citizen who votes you are not allowed access to it.

Everyone should remember we are talking about to different Constitutions. The current amendment didn't replace the original one. The original one was ratified in 1819 so Lincoln wasn't around to replace it. It was just changed in the copy made by the United States corporation made in 1871. It is still doing a good job of confusing everyone.

Thank you for the link. Bearfootsworld.org is a good place to look for many things. It's not hard to see when the United States corporation copied "our" constitution in 1871 the 13th amendment had to go. I believe part of the 12th was changed too. The original constitution has 13 amendments and is still in effect. The new copy has 27 amendments and "Protects"(LOL) all US citizens who vote.

The original is well hidden. I found a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution with the amendments that was written in the 20's or 30's. I have tried to find it by search and only found, The Duchess of Baltimore post which seems to be propaganda to erase the truth.

I started from the position of knowing there were two governments and two constitutions. Any publication today will have the corporate version.I had to find copies of the constitution and amendments printed in the 20's or 30's to find the original one. .

Chad and jdg the only way I've found to see the original amendment is to find an old book printed before "they"began to rewrite history. It is well hidden as is everything about our Republic.

The only way I have found to see the original thirteenth amendment is to find an old book printed before they began to rewrite history. I found a copy of one from the 20's or 30's notarized to be a true copy.

I want to thank everyone for their comments. My post was used to work into the idea that our Republic still exists. The bankers would have done away with it if they could have, but they couldn't. So they covered it up with their "Democracy" in the District of Columbia. There are two 13 amendments because there are two Constitutions. The organic original one of 1787 and the United States corporation one of 1871. The second is an exact copy of the first except for the twelfth and thirteenth amendments that didn't go with what they wanted to do. Also the corporate copy has 27 amendments. If you are a United States(corporate) citizen and vote you get the second version which protects you from all most nothing. If you are a state citizen, an American citizen and don't vote you get the original one..

One would think so, but several of the notes included seemed to want to say otherwise. I completely agree that further investigation is warranted to make a complete analysis. One editorial document does not a solid case make!
