This is total crap. They don't want people to feel they are anti-black. Well then you have zero credibility if you admit you can't honestly assess Obama's actions. They also say they don't have enough time to organize. How long did it take to put a fund raiser together after 9/11. I guess if it helps your career you have time and if it hurts your career you don't.

    Ed Asner typifies the H'wood mindset. Newspeak if something you disagree with can hurt the speaker whom you support but lambaste anyone with whom you disagree. Simply because these people make money out of proportion to their talent and have access to venues which ordinary people do not, they think they are diplomats and statesmen. Pbbbbbth.

    The hollywood race angle tells plenty. They'd have to stop pointing at everyone apposed to bo's actions and stop calling them racists, if they started talking about how they're not happy with him either. Can we just kill the word "racist" and get it over with. It's been stretched and abused to death and has lost all real meaning.
