But the idea that this current admin, both elected and unelected have a reality-based, firm grasp of what is right and what is wrong is a joke. They have been so ingrained (indoctrinated) with Marxism that they can't see anything beyond targeting Americans and producers. Marxism fails to instruct followers on what to do about external threats. This is why the Syrian thing is a joke to me.
Ultimately, who benefits from potential missile strikes? Not the U.S., but Al-Qaeda. And please, no "boots on the ground" ~ just more American lives to be lost...more targets of opportunity for the islamists.
If a missile strike does happen, as long as Masyaf is left out of it, that's fine. Why Masyaf (Mass A Eff)? Well, if you play or ever played Assassins Creed, you'll know why: hopefully, one day, a potential tourist/AC fan pilgrimage site. :) Just my .02.
(I'm little to young for Eisenhower. I do, unfortunately remember Carter, the Iranian hostage crisis, and the NY gas shortages)
"Not that playing 100 rounds a year was a bad thing. But no president before or since played so avidly, and we're now in an age where there's intense pressure on politicians to avoid being perceived as slackers."

And see also:
"The initiative came straight from the Oval Office and was code-named “Operation Rocky Mountains.” It called for an elite unit to be mobilized and flown to Denver on a tightly coordinated schedule. Once safely on the ground, the group would be whisked to a staging area, where members would share rations and receive final orders. The next morning they would rendezvous with their commander and attack their objective in groups of four.
"A covert military operation? You got the first part right. But for this September 1953 exercise, participants traveled via corporate aircraft rather than U.S. Air Force jet. Ground transportation was in Chrysler-provided limousines, not Army jeeps. The group encamped in the prestigious Brown Derby Hotel. Meals included prime steaks and vintage liquors rather than field rations. The maneuver itself was an all-out assault on Cherry Hills Country Club by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and his “Golf Gang.”
"Among Eisenhower’s critics and the media, they were referred to as “Ike’s Millionaires,” but to Ike they were simply “the gang.” These were wealthy and powerful men, and all but one of the seven belonged to Augusta National Golf Club."

It would be refreshing to see any solid info that says Obama needs to ramp up the Middle Eastern crisis....
This is a diversion. Please ignore Mr. President's failures and rally behind a war cry
An accurate description of your leader of choice, if you leave out the "courage" reference.
There is no courage for passing the blame.
