Certainly beats the hell out of offering amnesty to 22 million illegal aliens. (yes, we're well below of needed birthrate to sustain our population).

    They have beautiful women, Rich. And the Ulyanovsk region boasts some wonderful scenery, esp as the city is bisected by the Volga River. I've never been there but I did look it up. Seems like a great place to visit. During the summer. Brrrrr.
