Geological support for the Umbrella Effect as a link between geomagnetic field and climate
Finally! lamestream climate science is considering major revisions in what changes our climate. Their even looking a natural Cycles!
Wow...now that's a quantum leap...one for the good, I might add.
They are still not willing to look to the sun quite yet as a main driver of climate.
What's interesting here is that we are going into a grand solar minimum much like the Maunder Minimum...a 400 year cycle; However, quite unusual, this time, we are seeing rapid magnetic pole wanderings far outside the usual meanderings which prompts everyone to wonder about a pole reversal...no worries here...seems our ancestors lived through this before but it is still very interesting to see these event/cycles come together at the same time.
Kudos to them for recognizing that cloud formation is dependent upon cosmic radiation and atmospheric ionization.
Welcome to the start of the Great Re-Awakening!
They still have a few more cycle trends to consider in the efforts toward any honest predictions. I've seen NASA and NOAA reports lately that predict an elongated or split cooling period on our horizon well past 2030.
See!...told ya it wasn't Your fault...laughing

I think the fundamental gist of the paper is, "It's a complicated problem. More study is needed. Send money."
I've been aware for several years now that NASA has been predicting a solar minimum. It would be great to learn what the updates, if any, are.
You can find them at suspicious0bservers.org (that's a 0 not a capital O in observers).
If you go to SO's youtube channel you go back in the daily reports and get a plethora of links to these reports.
There are many...and it's funny, you'll also run into their pandering for the leftest articles as well saying just the opposite...I guess they are an equal "opper[lunity]" employer.
Post script...see ADAPT 2030 on youtube as well. David will show you what's happening in real time and match it up through history.
There is a slue of resources at the bottom of the article. These guys just like all of us use the NASA satellites and measurements by NASA scientists.
You lost me at this?
For the Matuyama‒Brunhes geomagnetic reversal, four proxies are estimated13: natural remanent magnetization (NRM) intensity values demagnetized at 30 mT were normalized by anhysteretic remanent magnetization (ARM) demagnetized at 30 mT (NRM30mT/ARM30mT); NRM intensity values demagnetized at 30 and 50 mT were normalized by isothermal remanent magnetization (IRM) intensity values demagnetized at 30 mT and 50 mT, respectively (NRM30mT/IRM30mT and NRM50mT/IRM50mT); the difference between NRM intensity values demagnetized at 30 and 50 mT divided by the difference between IRM intensity values demagnetized at 30 and 50 mT (NRM30–50mT/IRM30–50mT). For the Lower Jaramillo reversal, NRM intensity values demagnetized at 50 mT were normalized by ARM demagnetized at 50 mT (NRM50mT/ARM50mT) were used instead of NRM30–50mT/IRM30–50mT; the other three proxies are the same14.
Actually, it's pretty astoundingly mindblowing that they even "Considered" a "Natural" process!
what, an average of all the different climates that fluctuate.
To describe in simple terms It supports life.
Perhaps mankind is capable of learning, after all.
