I was around when Ford pardoned Nixon for anything related to his terms as President. He was never impeached or even charged as I remember. So, I think Obama could pardon the crooked evil witch in advance for anything relating to her term as secretary of state

Judge J. a rabid Trump supporter, is absolutely correct about the loser's hypocrisy. There are many examples of her railing against his comment that he'll make that judgment call post election.
