I am so glad that the Fed is so well run they stay on top of things, if this pans out, there could be a whole lot of Obamanation cases tossed, and damages sought. One would think if they actually paid attention to what they were doing, instead of chasing special cases for their special interests, maybe they would actually try to run things according to the bloated law we currently enjoy.
