This is the only half-way worthwhile comment in the whole story -
“So much is learned by actually taking part in the theory or idea we learn in the classroom"
and I say "half-way" because the subject of the class is so wasteful of time, energy and thought, and the teacher obviously skewed the project because she even begin didn't have a parallel lesson for the men in the class [assuming there were any!].
Even dumb learning [oxymoron?] by doing is better learning than by sitting in the classroom.
