    While I meant this post as a joke. I have to point out that the article was referring to how a person sees themselves as opposed to how others see them.

    Of course if we are to point out how they look to others I would present the examples of Sara Palin verse Nancy Pelosi.

    I don't know if there's really any correlation b/c I don't believe in this whole left/right thing, BUT it seems to me the worst stereotypes of leftwingers are good looking, all sizzle, no steak. The worst stereotypes of rightwingers look like Rush Limbaugh.

    But this is about self-perception. Maybe leftwingers are more likely to be humble, but even that I don't see.

    Also I agree sympathy OWS is clearly correlated with left-wing. But giving money that you earned for participating in a study is probably not correlated either way. What's more interesting about that would be whether the same people deducted that $50 from their normal charitable giving or if they increased their charitable contributions only b/c the $50 was "found money".
