I love it, well stated. Now how would the Samoan club, Korean club, Fil-Am club, African American club, or the Spanish club accept this? I would support the reality students are here to learn and that is the focus of school.

NOT an entirely bad idea. Since school districts are local there's nothing says they have to keep any body especially those the public doesn't want to pay for. How would they know that? "Well they elected a new school board after recalling the old one. No? Why not?" Do you live in a slave state that doesn't have that protection?

Recall puts power in hands of citizens.
