I found this commentary from IBD extremely disturbing. Of course, politics in The Peoples' State of Illinois are always disturbing. I once worked with a lawyer who said it was okay to be paranoid if someone is after you. Think now may be the time to become paranoid.

    whoa. I actually was just working on a section of one of my novels where I had the FBI come down hard on a blogger, using that exact reasoning. the chill of "you are not a journalist." I had no idea this was going on.
