Send a copy of your game (no charge of course) to the White House. Just make sure it dissolves into wet Papier-mâché (French for "chewed paper" half way through the play as a metaphor for the second half of this administration.

It is re-marketed. My second link!

The pictures of the original boxed game that started this thread, seem to be off of an eBay auction (?).

    Here is some info:

"“Obozo’s America” is a slightly modified version of the original game “Public Assistance: Why Bother Working for a Living?” forced off the market in the 1980s by government-directed action. Government welfare officials working with the NAACP, NOW, and other welfare “rights” groups threatened retailers with protests and boycotts if they dared carry the game, calling it racist, sexist, and classist. If you have one of the original games, it may be time to cash in; owners are getting upwards of $300 for them on eBay."

Wow. This is the current Game of Life.

Did I miss the section where the player is stuck watching hours and hours of some trial or looking at pictures of some pseudo-celebrity acting badly? Squirrel! The pablum of the unproductive, non-thinking masses. Maybe this is the punishment in the producers jail.

I agree..... I can't believe this is old. I wonder who made it and I'd like to hear their reasons.

You're pretty old apparently. I remember when it was .78. I could fill up my Chevette for 8 bucks and it lasted the whole week...and I worked 3 towns over.

I got you beat--6 dollars would fill my first showroom new car, a Mercury Capri. Regular was 35 cents, during a gas war between stations....

Sort of like the Looters Limited Edition of Monopoly?

It actually has a "Jail Jaunt" in the center of the board!
