Anti-Obama - Tax Delinquency - SWAT Teams, Gun ships, Mass media vilification, and a Formal call for denounciation on Senate floor.

I am a strong proponent of warrant to search. In this case the video was inadmissible because the tape was seized when the officers came to the home after her 911 call. The prosecution clearly felt that this was a blow to their case. I am flabbergasted there is no jail time for this. and that the company lets him remain as chairman!

  That seems strange. If the police had responded already they would have taken him into custody and had plenty of time to get a warrant. They either screwed up or took the tape knowing it would be inadmissible.

    While the police were questioning him and before he was arrested, he could have called anyone he wanted. There may have been security or other occupants in the house ...the police say they were convinced they wouldn't have been able to get it. and it was damning evidence of the crime. straight up sociopath is what I think

  the police said they knew when they got to the home and made the arrest the security tapes would be erased, so that's why they took them. What are others' opinions on possible evidence collection without warrant to search? They also said that at some point in the trial process the victim became a hostile witness for the prosecution refusing to testify against him. This is common in physical abuse cases. I imagine she remains in fear for her life. This thug has lots of influence.
