The erosion of basic morality proliferates into all aspects of our society. Couple that with the moocher mentality fostered by gov't handouts and this is what you get. Despicable.
Suggest- ask for ID, that may scare them off.
If not, tell them the conversation will be recorded including the part of them asking for a freebie.
