Reading the article, I ran across this...

"CECMED, a state agency that tests medicines and medical items, ruled in 2012 that the “Moment” condoms bought from China had the wrong expiration date and ordered that they be repackaged showing they are good until 2014..."

So they repackage the old condoms and magically the latex they're made of are restored to new condition, and good for 2 more years? Truly one of the wonders of the great People's Free Democratic Socialist Republic's government... What's not to trust?

You mean a command economy can make mistakes, someone should tell the Soviet Union ... oh they failed err nevermind.
