I loved reading this! It makes me energized, and gets me thinking that people are NOT going to just roll over and give up. I'd like to see a spillover effect in CT.....

My brother lives just north of Buffalo and he always thought Cuomo was a friend until he messed with his guns. He told me he had wanted a magazine bigger than his 10 shot mag. but was afraid he was going to lose out. Then older brother knew Christmas was coming. Do not some say it is better to give than to receive? Never heard a man so thrilled about shooting 50 rounds without loading. I think he is listening now.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The part about “The Security of a Free State” is in case the federal government turns tyrannical, which it did a long time ago. However, the anti-American Supreme Court has decided otherwise and has passed judgments, some would say legislating from the bench which they are not supposed to be doing, trying to take away that right!

"Re:. I'd like to see a spillover effect in CT."..
Since NY registration 'requirement' isn't until taxday, I'd have to say Non-Compliance and/or Nullification started in CT. NYers have been talking non-compliance for the year+ of the unSAFE act, but CT's illegal statutes effected before. And I am proud to see people who read and understand their Constitution know that illegal statutes passed aren't laws. "We Will not Comply" was heard often in Albany on coumo's day (the April Fool's day)

I would if ammunition were more easily available (NY unSAFE act 'suggests' a background check but NYState hasn't provided the system to check (more$$), and federal NICS won't allow the use of Fed Records, -known BEFORE passage of NY unSAFE act, but not even considered by NYS in passage.

If Rand had written AS today, the plot would have been a little different. She assumed that the civil war would be gang against gang. I don't think she figured on a popular revolt in the name of liberty.

That link took me to a different news piece. Here is where I found it. http://www.humanevents.com/2014/04/06/ne... I'm not sure what the difference is or why it worked that way.

Thanks for bringing it up. I've been on the road for a couple pro gun owner rallies and wish I'd known about this one since I was only a few hours away at one point, but I'm glad they had such a great turnout.
