Bundy's Fight With BLM Isn't A One Of Event. Additional Evidence Of US Government BLM and USFS Conspiracy Against Nevada Ranchers

"June 2013 article:
Government's Shocking Interference in Rancher's Life

A startling decision on government wrongdoing by a federal court in U.S. v. Estate of E. Wayne Hage gives credence to those who say that the federal government is engaging in a “war on the West” that is hurting rural communities. It is a stark reminder of how powerful our federal government is today and how it can ruin the lives and businesses of American citizens.

The 104-page opinion by U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones on May 23 in Nevada tells a sordid and infuriating tale of a two-decades-long conspiracy among federal employees of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) of the Department of the Interior to deny the grazing rights of a Nevada ranching family, interfere with their water rights, and destroy their cattle business by scaring away their customers." ...

This case started about the same time as the assault on Bundy's ranching. It illustrates better than the news reports what's been going on in Western states for decades by the BLM and USFS against western ranchers. Hage chose to fight in court rather than non-compliance like Bundy, but his losses are as great. The court awarded damages (actual and punitive) of $14million to Hage, but appealed to the 9th Circuit, still awaiting hearing. Although the government tries to shape the argument as an extremist refusing to follow the law, both of these cases illustrate the truth.

It's a horror show.

If you are not dependent on the gov in some way, shape, or form..the gov with alter rules, laws, regs, fees, fines, taxes .....so that eventually you WILL be dependent on the gov. for SOMEthing. Even if it is by consuming your time, and making you a slave to the gov's piled on burdens. This is sooo Atlas Shrugged. This country is run by (and supported by) blood suckers. The gov has abused every aspect of the Constitutionally guaranteed "right to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" with the creation of the BLM....which was the reason it was created in the first place, I'm sure.
I'm proud of Bundy and his active supporters. I hope people start waking up and his backers continue to grow and grow. If not now...when??
I saw Hage's story on the news last night..I hope more come forward with their stories soon.

I'm not sure why anyone would be surprised by this, particularly with the current regime's propensity to use any and all mechanisms of the US government against its people to achieve its goals. <sigh>

There has been an ongoing battle in Oregon concerning the water rights of farmers in the Klamath Basin. In 2001, "those who know best" shut off water to 1400 farms. Many of those farms had been handed down generation on generation, and one federal court basically made that generational gift worthless. Many farmers sold their land for a pittance. The battle is still ongoing to the best of my knowledge, but does not get a lot of publicity. After all, it's just the "little people" being hurt. Who cares about them, right?
