This is using logic in place of emotion. Proper training, and common sense are prevailing in this instance. That's a positive!

    A good start. Too bad there are so many in other locales immune to common sense and statistical reality arguments. Let us hope this continues.

    And yet we don't see the likes of B O'R on the bandwagon trying to get this legislation passed nationwide.

    Wonder if anyone from my school district is there? Guess most of them will be rural school districts as these are the ones the furtherest from immediate assistance.
