Just another little tidbit NASA sort of never noticed, or forgot. Seems like it would be solar wind or Van Allen belt interference. But kinda spooky.

Well, it was strange they just sort of "forgot" about it all. he astronauts decided discretion was the best part as they didn't want to get labeled as nut jobs...sad you can't just report facts...

I have read scientific papers that sight that planets, moons and even stars do and can make a sound of their own.
Not to mention the sound of cosmic winds, Berklin currents (electromagnetic) or the interaction of particles.

It was the aliens that caused it and here is, in sequential form, the proof.

Three Went up and two landed boots on the ground while one stayed in lunar landing module. When the landed they soon discovered evidence of alien life forms. Perhaps even interacted. When they left the alien life form left. Almost back to an earth landing they pondered how to break this startling discovery and decided not to say anything. A good choice as on examination back on Terra Firma there were no aliens to be found.

Have you discerned a proper explanation of the events?

Indeed, I hate it when they do the cliffhanger thing, leads me to believe there is something they don't want, or have, to show.

If you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy ,frequency and vibration. The Earth rings like a bell it's called the Schumann resonance (7.83hz).The human body resonates
At 33 harmonics or 32 overtones 7.83 ---to 258.39 or middle C. 33 is an important ancient number- 33 circles and paths on the tree of life .
33 /32 feathers on the eagle back of the dollar bill.
Jesus said to have performed 33 miracles and died at age 33. King David reigned for. 33 years.33 degree Scotish Freemason. There is One runway at cape Canaveral it is runway 33 angled 33 degrees from due north. 33 Mason's signed the Declaration of Independence It is likely that the hexagon on Saturn is caused by resonance. The sun is said to resonate at 528hz .That same frequency 528hz is proven to repair DNA in a UCLA lab. Green grass resonates at 528hz . Sound formulates all matter.

None of those two - not solar wind or Van Allen (too far away) - but, clearly (1) it was noise, as Michael Collins said, though (2) as Al Worden (an extreme empiricist) insisted: "However, the producers give the last word to Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden, who "doesn't agree with the radio theory," the narrator says. In the documentary, Worden says, "Logic tells me that if there was something recorded on there, then there was something there."

Sounds a lot like noise in a reverberant or high gain analog circuit (which is no doubt what they had), particularly problematic if this is an AM circuit vs an FM circuit.

No, Dino, I am pretty sure they haven't found the Interstellar equivalent to ABBA yet... but the big boys make some neat sounds, there are some YT vids people have made from them.

That damn Rod Serling. How he got to put the Twilight Zone into the Apollo trip, we'll never know.

Ah, I wasn't thinking big gas planet "music."
I was thinking music made by an intelligent life form that would have to be a total fail for being such.
    +1 for you.

That is a pretty darn big antenna. I think it models the emergency system used by TACAMO planes and the huge underground array in Michigan to communicate to submarines.

I remember the Pulsar debate from the seventies I think, and they used the first large scale radio telescopes to define the cause. I was wondering about comms, thanks for the reply.

Most "space music" may sound like noise, but it does end up with a deep rhythm and specific tones. The Jupiter and Saturn magnetic field music is very cool to listen to. It can rise and fall and seem to change beats back and forth.

Indeed, std govt policy, however, in many cases that was not applied, but the sentiment is good.
