A really good article on what could have happened if they had decided to rescue Columbias crew. Very detailed.

    It would be a good movie if you wanted to have them succeed, and dedicated to the crew. Being that we do not do shuttles anymore, I guess it's moot.

    Thanks for posting it. The author takes what sounded like an Appendix in a dry gov't report and turns it into what feels like an action movie. It's a movie that will never be made out of respect for the astronauts who died and the engineers who wish they could have saved them.
