Bill Proposed: Personal liability for gun-free zones

We'll see where it goes, but I support the idea. I'd love to have the individual air carriers take over security responsibilities for screening, etc. as well - and face liability for failures. I think we would end up with a worlds-better system than the TSA.

    If they want to water this down, they could give the organization posting the sign an out of screening people with metal detectors. If they don't have metal detectors or any effort to stop criminals with guns, the signs actually mean "no guns except for criminals"

    Fine idea.
    In a perfect world state law should supercede federal law in this case based on the 2nd amendment. That would make the feds liable for dmages at all their facilities and all those that they control by threatening to cut funding.

      I like that, but Unfortunately the Feds (Looters) will take the money by threat of force from me (Producer), to pay the damages that the Feds caused.
      Now, if we make the individuals who are responsible for the damages pay from their personal assets, that would be justice.
