Taking the tax payer's money and spending it like this IS theft. The board voting these appropriations into affect = theft. They are spending other people's money on this man (and themselves). It's all theft. No to mention the theft of young minds in the process.

Well, theft may be a bit strong. The Board of Ed hired the guy, probably through some "exec search" outfit, who negotiated this absurd contract. They had to vote it in. The people in the district vote for the Board, how many times have we seen the sheep send the same sharks back to the feeding ground? Look at Congress, they keep sending them back every 2 years, knowing how dysfunctional they are, but not caring, as long as their "special interest" gets met. Ayn had it right, so long ago....
