    Yep, the checks in the mail all right. Just like a lot of the promises made by the Republicans in the house and senate. And just like Obama saying that he doesn't want to take our guns away from us.

    So what would they do with it? One option is sell it to nearby China. The China that owns 10% plus of the Panama Canal. Runs both ends of the canal, railway and pipelines, the Canal that was built by the USA and used to be US property. The Canal that for a time went under control of the Noriega/Cuba/FARC of Columbia faction who know works for the cocaine cartels. The canal that carries 15 to 18 percent of US Foreign trade. The canal that Jimmy Peanut and Frank Church of Idaho said had no bearing on our economy. The canal that turned out to be a safe haven and investment area for drug money. The canal that carries what five per cent of the worlds trade Not counting barrels of crude or finished products through the Trans Isthmian Pipeline. Ship to tank farm or ship to ship.

    Cuba needs money...Is one hell fire missile worth a deal with the nearest flush customer? Ask the Chinese. Better yet ask Raul. Better yet compare the value in technology to a drone like the one Obama allowed to fall into the wrong hands. Did he get a cut or was that just an offer of future ....commodities?

    Follow the money.
    Heroin finds its way out of Asscrackistan as the GI's call it. Marijuana finds its way out of Pakistan. And on and on it goes. So, there's no surprise that a hellfire winds up in Cuba. We're fortunate it is not a nuclear warhead. In WW2 it was liquor and art. When a regular dogface is tempted with big bank accounts stashed in Switzerland or just in Germany, and he has three or four dependents, the temptation is very great.

    I am guessing that if that was the case it was a postal worker that made the mistake....they wont get fired for a mistake like that...If FedEx or UPS made a mistake like that the feds would have their CEO in jail.
