    Yep. One of the most wonderful things about Ayn Rand's writing is how she consistently evokes an "I knew that!" reaction in the reader. In a single sentence she could give voice, and lend reason, to an entire wave of emotional mud. No other writer could "lift the fog" like Ayn.

    I developed my philosophy on life from my own experiences and was pleasantly surprised, after reading Atlas Shrugged, that I was not alone in most of my beliefs.
