I like to check alternate news sources from time to time to see if they have a different perspective. This is Al Jazeeras take on the crisis in the Ukraine. Pretty close to what is reported here.

I may be mistake, but the vehicle in the picture appears to be a modern version of the old Soviet BMP". It has what looks like a 23mm cannon , vision blocs and the turret. If I'm right then there is no question (was there ever?) about the troops being Russian. they don't let that one out of the Russian Army.. Too much classified stuff.
It does not surprise me that the ultimatum ws given and it was Al Jazeera reporting it. Our MSM sucks.
