Testimony like this tends to dissuade me that Chris Christie is someone who cares and "can get things done". If you are going to run for president, you would think they would have hammered whatever agencies needed hammering to get things resolved.

    I really wish this was surprising. Government is so inefficient at everything. Excellent point about Christie. Maybe instead of just a hug he should have given Obama a reach around. I'm sure there is a lot of blame to go around but Christie would be vulnerable on this in a general election.

      My thoughts too, and no one has mentioned it in any discussions. This is all the "dark matter" that gathers around these clowns and explodes in their faces a week before the election. Hillary has her own galaxy worth of the stuff, which is why I am surprised she thinks she can keep it all sealed off from her.

        The left seems to forgive more than the right. A lot of Republicans stayed home because they didn't like McCain or Romney. Democrats are better at voting for weak candidates in my opinion.
