Nobody is going to be held accountable. From the article...

:“Our investigation uncovered substantial evidence of mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia, leading to the belief by many tax-exempt applicants that the IRS targeted them based on their political viewpoints ... But poor management is not a crime..."

Now here is a way of evaluating your value in life. Did you or did you not make Hillary's Enemy List. But Mom I'm hurrying just as fast as I can run!

Carter with his sheer incompetence, LBJ with 60,000 dead to his eternal shame. I wonder if you took his total worth in dollars and divided it by the military personnel killed what the value per body or name on the wall would be. I wouldn't walk across the street to clear the sidewalk for Obama but I would walk across the street to piss on LBJ's grave.

I remember Webb from his time as SecNav and could go for him. He reminds me of McCain though as far as presentation goes. Since no one looks beyond how they look and present, I don't see him beating Hillary or taking a big chunk of either parties votes. Too bad, he may well be the best one out there...

I like that one too if it's possible. We had a case in Virginia where i was assigned for a while took three years to fire the guy. He put in for his own job and was rehired and they had to start over. they got him for reading on the job finally. funny thing they are the first too threaten you with dismissal if they are trying to cover their own asses.

Not at all I've worked for government near 28 years. But what is hard one way is easy by taking another route. Security Clearances are one of them. Everything stops until that question is resolved say.....ten years from now. The other easy method is the one room no window one chair technique. The job is to sit for eight hours be on time and not do anything else on company time. the third way is job reassignment. Too many in here we need outside people... cleaning the parking lots. as you put it relocation.

Unions only need reminded who butters their bread and usually that's a sweetheart arrangement. The race card can be played in reverse so can the sexism card and the religous bigotry card. It's a game that causes the tax payer to pay 30 to 40 percent more for fifty percent less work. The easy way is to cut jobs by cutting the budget. Fine you want that many people you get a pay cut across the board. But the security clearance removal is temporary not permanent, pending completion of investigation, whenever, and is then followed by a job reassignment.

Ii never found it agonizing. Tedious perhaps but the rest was just job production.

Let us not forget "Jose/Joselita! You want a promotion?" "Si" "You are now the employee reduction program managers."

Third you cannot sue the government without the government's permission.l been that way since day one. Catch 22 but there it is. What iyou have is poor incompentent management and supervision coupled with lack of leadership at the highest level.

Why not it's been standing operating procedure since JC was a corporal. Nixon, Clinton the all had enemies list. LBJ the worst of the bunch.

Ixnay he is a left wing socialist corporatist moocher looter of the worst kind. Better off supporting Jim Webb. he's seen the worst from the inside and walked away from it and is a former Marine.Trump is a former nothing but what will benefit Trump. Now we find his bigtime deal on Ford and Mexico was done four years ago by Kasich and the move to Ohio is a four year old decision by Ford - Trump had nothing to do with it.

Bear in mind it isn't revolution it's counter-revolution. Important distinction. With that phrase being used and the US Military in their -present mood it strengthens them conducting a legal act. The oath of office is preserve, protect the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. It's not a choice thing it's a responsibility and a duty. They need to know the country is with them and it wouldn't be a futile exercise. So always saying that one simpile phrase...counter revolution means a world of difference as opposed to simple revolution or civil war. You are right I used to live iup in Washington too. When Comrade Christine took over I left. I know am in full ex-pat status.

Indeed, your point about state immunity is particularly true. Most people just do not seem to have an inkling just how fragile their freedom is and how subject to some political group it s existence is.

Such a mess. A mess constructed by the well-meaning, the entitled progressives and power hungry (none exclusive of the others).

Yes, I was trying to make the point that the policy was changed once they got caught.

Some news reports today say this stuff continues. Got to look at those when I get off work.

What a mess, even trying to keep up with it is a mess!

It appears that intent, rather than result, solely determines what is right and what is wrong. "We didn't mean to hurt anyone, we just mismanaged/slipped up/couldn't foresee the unintended consequences. The fact that everything worked out in a manner that helped us is coincidental."

So she ticked off a bunch of Congressionals or other really big time important people or some of their really big money laundering buddies or whatever. Had to be in that realm to do as nickursis said. IRS with it's own courts is a Gestapo apart and the government as a whole you may recall can't be sued without their permission much less arrested. What I'd like to have seen is whats her face picked up on a Patriot Act charge. Suspicion of and no proof required not even really thin probable cause. No Civil rights just goes from hand cuffed to disappeared, no record of existence.IRS doesn't know who subpoena. It never happened. Just like real people.

I wouldn't get to enamored of Trump, I think he plays fast and loose with the truth to suit his needs, he is just more slippery with it.

Might be worth it just to prove to the power hungry turds that there is always a chance we can strike back. I think that idea may be part of his popularity.

Exactly, but remember, it is not limited to any specific party, this has been a long time brewing....

rob, that may be, but the fact the IRS did it AT ALL is indicative of government being abused for political purpose, not the first time, or the last, but indicative of the complete lack of moral or legal authority to govern us.

Hey Rob. I think you are missing the real point. None of the opposition to Obama got to do what they could before the last election. Giving them tax exempt status after the election is like installing a sprinkler system to your house after it has burned down. Pointless!!!
