Sad that this would even be accepted as a viable case.

We need an "I don't know what the heck category to put this under" category.

    Wonderful, aren't they. Even though I'm still having difficulty believing this is true...apparently it is. The verdict came in in favor of the nephew. At least sanity prevailed!

    Don't know what PRCT means but I'm with you on "having trouble not suspecting this is an Onion piece." I don't see how this could be true.
