Specifically, the poop was likely welcomed because of his comments in favor of draconian laws to punish those who deny global warming is caused by human acts and can be fixed by enslaving billions and destroying the world economy.
And the looters have so much in common with the pooper.

Isn't an address to that august body by invitation only? Even the President 'requests' this permission, even for his/her mandated State of the Union address.

The Mexican president was invited by the Pelosi/Reid regime to embarrass the Republicans. How, then, did his Holiness rate? Surely McConnell/Boehner didn't think that they had anything to gain by this move. Does anyone have an insight?
