One of the things I had to notice about the article was that most of the arguments presented by the author in favor of the minimum wage hike have to do with the nebulous concept of "fairness" - which should be a flashing red light with klaxons sounding to anyone with any brains.

What I thought was totally overlooked was the reason so many people are working for minimum wage in the first place: our rotten economy and the policies that are keeping it there!

I don't want to have a debate on the minimum wage, I want to have a debate on why the Federal Government is making it so hard to business owners to even stay in business, let along expand and hire more workers!
