Judge upholds Arizona's 'show your papers' immigration law
This isn't even being talked about on our local news in Phoenix.
It should be mentioned that our law allows for identification and citizenship to be checked ONLY when there is a just reason to stop someone: a traffic stop, a domestic incident, etc.
Its been falsely accused of allowing officers to look at someone and ask for papers just because that person is hispanic.
