    It is somewhat interesting that 9/11 happened so soon after GWB took office. In retrospect, we can entertain this thought: Dick Chaney and his clan entrapped some nutty persons to commit this act in order to quickly implement the Neocon Plan. File it a False Flag???

    I remember driving to work on the morning of 9/11/2001. At the time I played music CDs in my car rarely listening to the radio. I was about 0.5 miles from my exit and a Honda Civic about 200 feet ahead of swerved off the road into the grass. I thought to myself "What a crazy person". (I didn't have the radio on.) As I walked into my place of work from the parking lot I noticed a bunch of employees were in the glass enclosed conference room with the TV on. As I walked in someone said "Another jetliner just flew into the other World Trade Center building" as I turned my head to the CNN TV Broadcast to see the buildings in flames with the gaping holes. A short time later I said "I don't think the buildings will collapse" and went to my desk...

    My wife and I took the kids to DC to see the Smithsonian 2 weeks before 9/11. I had deliberately gone down the Parkway so they could see the skyline, including the twin towers. Until recently nothing there but a gap in the skyline. That brought it home for them.

    9/11 by itself would not have been enough to rouse the US even without the government tamping things down. Inertia is too powerful, would have needed at least 3 major terror attacks to get the country moving as one.
