It doesn’t surprise nor enrage me what California does… I live here and I’m fully expecting to take a dive into the pacific when California is the first state to file for bankruptcy protection. California is a model on how to corrupt the jury system, the system has failed in California not because it’s a bad system but the people sitting on the jury don’t have two brain cells to rub together. This isn’t second hand knowledge but first hand as I was lucky enough to server on a trial to see firsthand how the system is manipulated.
I was an alternate on a trail, three plaintiffs vs. Ford Motor Company. All through the evidence, I kept asking myself how did this case get this far? It boils down to a 15 year old van owned by a church had a tire de-tread on Hwy 99. The majority of the occupancies were not seat belts or wearing them correctly, after the tire de-treaded, the driver didn’t slow down (witness that survived stated hearing another passenger tell the driver to not slow down) and drove off of the freeway between 60 and 70 mph. The van flipped three times killing the driver and front seat passenger, everyone else was injured badly. My point is how the hell is Ford liable for your stupidity? I can see how illegals making anything worse than it already is… By the way, the jury awarded the plaintiffs 85 million dollars, I was the only dissenting opinion but my opinion didn’t count as I was an alternate. These people had already settled out of court Sears (the company that sold them the tire), Goodyear (the manufacture of the tire) and other business that had serviced the van over the years.
Our system is corrupt from within by stupidity, a few more wont hurt.

Yes, very. Learned a bunch and the bulliness goes even deeper than I thought. A strategy of strategies. Dictators handbook. Ben Shapiro has found his calling.

Almost done, I've been going back and forth between that one and a book by Andrew Napolitano, 'Why is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong'.

Loved the guitars!! Wow, I'm not worthy!

    Hi NMA,
    Uh... yeah... What pure nonsense.

Something to lighten the mood and start your weekend perhaps? I thought about you when I came across this one.

I just finished "Bullies". I believe you recommended it and provided me with the ISBN #.
Did you finish it? I might post a review later...
    Regards,
    O.A.

California needs to just drop into the ocean as far as I'm concerned. I just don't believe how far reaching this is! The ramifications of it only lead to disaster. Non-citizens deciding the fate of a murderer or a rapist?? And if it's an Islamist, and the jury is hung, the person walks?!?!? I am sick....

Id be OK with Mexico getting California back, but this would be something like-well we let them sit on juries, why not vote?
also, the stipulation does say they have to be in the country legally. so that's muslim terrorist on student visas, illegals with fake driver's licenses

All this tells me is that more illegals can get rights that we citizens only should have. I think it's somewhere in the constitution, right next to voting.

Also they must be preparing to let the illegals become citizens because this just makes no scene to me.
