Here's another cool new vehicle. Note that these are created and produced by entrepreneurs, not Big Business. A good sign that all is not lost yet. Not that i can imagine zipping along on one wheel, but still....

- 1Posted by mminnick 10 years, 3 months agoI have read many SiFi novels where a single wheeled vehicle has been the favored mode of transportation. Stability is usually accomplished via a Gyroscope of some sort serving as the stabilization mechanism with the wheel mounted on a rotatable column providing directional control. In the stories there is usually a cab of some sort to provide shelter in inclimate weather. but I always thought open air would be more fun.| Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink
