    Very interesting. Theory is just that. A scientist worth his salt is always reassessing and postulating based on new information until facts make a theory a theory no longer.

    Dr. Hawking must be very familiar with the workings of American politics. Information gets held and when finally released it is garbled.
    Kidding aside, this is an interesting approach to the event horizon issue in the study of black holes. The usual approach is the holding back of light (and any other Electromagnetic signal). The holding and garbling of information is a different take on the problem and very interesting.
