Philly seems to be an epicenter of thuggery

Every time I see something that makes me think of "thuggery" I bet my wife on whether it has occurred in SE PA, and more often than not, I'm right.

    If you want to look at politicians, then every progressive lead big city is a thug zone. I was merely speaking about the actions of the populace.

    Sorry about that. I'll mentally put a one mile ring around your house and exclude that area ;)

    I live within that circle :). south Jersey is bad enough, don't lump us in with Philly. Especially since they need more money they might try and tax us and we pay enough already.

    Vineland is about 40 miles away, and I count a 50 mile ring around Philly as the same thing. Doesn't matter if they are on the Jersey side or PA side, same thug culture.

    A small correction: Vineland is insouth Jersey. In Cumberland county to be exact. Philly is across the Delaware river/bay. about 35 miles or so. (could have the distance wrong but Vileland and Philly are not all that close together.)
    Not that I'm defending Philly, they are a center of thuggery. (spelling???) It's just I wanted the record straight.;
