Race-based political parties: Can race-based political parties be justified?

No, race based political parties cannot be justified. Race based political parties would create extreme race relations and drama. It should not be allowed in any way shape or form, because it would be discriminating against several groups of people on the basis of skin color. This would be illegal, and also unethical by a large amount. Race based political parties would not work at all.

Yes, there are times that race-based political parties are justified. When there is significant disenfranchisement of a group of people, political parties based on the group status are justifiable. In the United States, we tend to envision race as a problem between black and white people, and it is indeed still a problem. Race is a social construct, though. Ethnicity is perhaps a better term, and one does not need to look very hard to find troubling examples of political unrest based on some variance of ethnicity. Serbia is an excellent example. Some minority groups there are actually forbidden to hold public office. In a case such as this, it would be difficult to say that the disenfranchised group is wrong to organize politically to bring about change.

THe votes were 100% Yes. Seeking to get a No in the back door I wrote my out this way it wasn't accepted.
To do that one would have to dump the Congressional Black Caucus. Good Luck. One might go so far as to apply the same to the entire left wing socialist Government Party power structure.. The first one was 1861-1865 I'm still looking for one amongst Asian, African, and Latino Americans. La Raza is not registered as a party. Since the present government is the single largest proponent of racism they also would have to dissolve. Think not. Ever fill out a government form recently? I generally line it out and write. "You should be ashamed for asking a racist a question." Which makes the IRS probably the only non-racist part of the government.
