Hi Michael. Check out the new Galt's Gulch Activity Feed: http://www.galtsgulchonline.com/activity...

It might just fit the bill for what you're looking for - unless you literally want to subscribe to everything and get an email for every comment posted in the Gulch (which you really don't want, right?).

The Activity Feed will automatically insert activity as it happens so no need to refresh the page.
