UN climate chief declares communism best for fighting global warming

Communism? I had a customer tell me that when the Olympics were in China his friends daughter was competing. She said that even with a mask on it hurt to breathe. The athletes were told they should limit their time outside. This shows the mind set of the U.N..

    Didn't China abandon Communism? I thought at this point they were just operating on a form of heavily regulated Capitalism.

    Their communism may have evolved to fascism, however.
