Our Dear Leader claims “Necessity”
Our Dear Leader's got a pen
and he's got a phone,
and he's got himself a will
to play on his throne.
So, he'll claim Congress' role.
Laws? He'll write his own.

So, he'll call his lapdog press,
rally his pitchmen.
'Cause our Dear Leader's got a phone

But Dear Leader hasn't got
something that he needs:
A Constitutional Right.
Thus he never heeds.
So, The People cry “Impeach!”
for his foul deeds.
