Eagerly, and in great anticipation! We do have quite the literary bunch in the Gulch. It's wonderful to be a reader with the plethora of authors to read from. Thank you all for the brain food! Munch munch

My favorite sci-fi author describes a committee as an organism with 6 or more legs and no brain.

Great article! I was lucky enough to grow up in a place and time in which vigilantism was often visited on the 'drunkard family beater' and at least once, on a truly sick-minded child raper.

Much as the author, I've found much of my adult character influenced by the characters in my favorite reading.

PS. To khalling, just received Pendulum. Looking forward to a good read.

me too! I hope if there are some authors I missed, they'll post a link to their work here. I love to read books and it's nice to know there are authors out there who understand the importance of romantic heroes.

Thanks for the link. I knew there had to be a reason I always gravitate toward those types of books. I had all the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books growing up.

I haven't had a chance to read all of the Gulch authors works yet, but I sure enjoy the ones I have read, and the rest are in the line.

You mean we love the 'actor' that has the courage and conviction to do what 'society' (writ large) often lacks the stomach to accomplish.

We also enjoy a good 'star chamber' tale for the same reason... until the 'committee' loses track of the reason it formed in the first place.

Wow. Now I know what it would feel like to be a truck driver working at the new Wyatt oil. I am surrounded by awesomeness, and I love it!
