His Majesty Is Completely Delusional

I think the Liar-In-Chief actually believes the wonder-self-ness of what he is saying this time. I've seen this happen to braggart tall tale tellers who only get worse.
From allo's dino dictionary--
delusional: a dipstick (whose elevator no longer goes all the way to the top) with a persistent false psychotic braggart's belief regarding the grandeur of the entitled self or the created candy mountains attributed to the glory of the whack-job self.

Frankly, I don't care if any country "respects" us (by BO's apparent definition), Our enemies should fear us and our allies trust us. Funny how that look exactly like a dictionary definition of respect. (It ain't a popularity contest!)

You make a very good point.
Now our enemies ridicule and laugh at us while our allies have no idea what the sociopath in the White House will do next.

I think the problem is a little different. I think our president has a very different idea of who our enemies and allies are. His allies don't distrust him at all. In fact, they know they can get away with anything they want. Our country's allies, on the other hand, truly have no idea what he will do, as you said, but that is because they are not his allies.
His goal is to bring our country down to size. He is accomplishing exactly what he said he would do in 2007. The problem is no one listened to what he said. They just got caught up in the hype of hope and change and America's first black president.

I think Obama likes that we are being laughed at. Either that, he's further delusional on what the people of the world actually think of us.

But that goes with being a sociopath, perhaps.

A classic case of "The Emperor Has No Clothes." Even most of the Democrats are smirking over this. Behind his back, of course. He is moving from far left, to a mental disorder, and the only way to go any further is sheer insanity. Unless this is the beginning of either the doublespeak techniques or the big lie.

The thing that is so scary is not that this clown is delusional (he obviously is a sandwich short of a picnic) but rather all of the moronic fools that believe this tripe. Throw in a "lapdog" press that only is interested in protecting the first "Halfrican" president's legacy. They will do anything to save his sorry backside from honest history......For what its worth!

I once saw a cartoon of Obama acting like a loon.
As he did so, he had the protective encirclement of backs of various media dudes, one being MSN, who all sternly looked outward with their arms crossed.

Great imagery! That is exactly what the clowns in the press keep doing. No way they will speak power to the truth about Obozo.....they have too much invested in him!

Imagine all the extra groping and Biden saying, "It's good to be the king."
The last time I put words in the One's mouth by saying, It's good to be the king," someone fetched that naughty clip from that Mel Brook's "History of the World" flick.
That got censored here faster than a heart beat.
      You have been warned.

Y'all can believe whatever you like regarding his mental capacity, sanity, whatever. But remember this: he told us EXACTLY what he was going to do before he was even elected the first time. He said he was going to fundamentally change America, AND HE'S DONE IT!!!

Crazy? Bah...he's crazy like a fox.

Can't argue with that. He scared the hell out of me when he said it.
Liberalism a mental disorder (I stole that from Savage on night radio), it can be argued that the One is insane for wanting to do that.
He also said we (that really being he) won two wars.
I can see how a deluded libtard could agree with that.
And he's also proven to be a compulsive liar time and time again..
He successfully as well as excessively lied to help get his "legacy" for Obamacare pushed through.

It's the psychology of the Big Lie. Simply declare how you want people to believe it and create that alternate reality for them. Refuting him would take all the documents of Wikileaks pitted against all of Obama's subservient media. What occurs to me, though, is that he is not a one-man operation. He is a trained puppet of a large, invisible power behind him. Under the circumstances, we can't be paranoid enough.

None of the clever one-liners mocking him and condemning him gets at the real menace for whom he is only the tip of the iceberg. Look under the surface, guys. There are no facile, superficial explanations. It takes a whole lot of behind-the-scenes orchestration to make a sociopath into a totalitarian ruler. Newspeak is everywhere. The snares run deep.

I learned about "The Forgotten Man" in the Gulch and found it to be an epiphany for me. It gives the history of all the behind the scenes people from Coolidge to Truman and the invasion of communism / socialism into our country. We are fighting nearly 100 years of this behind the scenes influence which is now coming to the surface. Yes, Barry is the sock puppet and is 100% on board with the Lenin philosophy. It will be really hard to undo 100 years of structural change to our government. Once people get the hand outs they will always vote for the party that gives them the stuff (paraphrase Tytler). Barry can say anything and crack up laughing off camera at his naive voters. But this doesn't work in the Gulch. We connect the dots. When the government collapses from the weight of debt the path will be clear (to paraphrase John Galt).

It's seems to me that if one wanted to be respected, they would do something respectable. The same could be said of fear/fearful or trust/trustworthy. As it is, we have none of the above. Just some guy peeing on us and telling us it's rain.

But he does have respect - from everyone who hates us and crazy left socialists and communists. Rational individualist people are not who he's trying to impress.

I simply could not listen to more that 1 or so minutes of 0's comments. the man has the most tendentious way of looking at things of any person I have ever heard of. I am sure after he says what ever he no longer remembers what he said. SICKENING is all that can be said about this poor excuse for a human.

I gutted my way all the way through his blather due to immediately thinking that it should be posted in Galt's Gulch.
When I hear his voice on the car radio, normally I will immediately escape to a classic rock station.
Should that mush-headed monarch appear on TV, normally I reach for my remote.
When CircuitGuy posted a complaint, I gutted my way through his blather a second time.
I found I had missed him claiming to have won two wars. That claim actually hurt my head.
And tell "winning two wars" to ISIS!

What are the Constitutional provisions for "Relief from Command" when the President becomes incapacitated? A psychiatric pathologist is likely to conclude that the President has become a danger to himself and others, principally the citizens of the United States. It is time for Congress to consider this possibility.

They won't! This gaggle of cowards couldn't even follow though on the promises that they made to the electorate that got them into office. Every which way they folded like cheap cameras. Boehner, McConnell, Graham and the rest of these clowns wouldn't stand up to this delusional joke if this country's existence depended on it! Sad state of affairs these "leaders" have left us in! Cowards all....

For the last few years I toss out all RINO GOP requests for contributions,
Yesterday I sent back a "Speaker Boehner" GOP questionnaire which of course requested a donation on its last page.
I wrote: "Anything with Boehner's name on it won't get any money from me. I think of Boo-hoo Boehner as Obama's RINO water boy."
I did complete the questionnaire, though, like a Constitutional Libertarian would.

Boehner is exactly what you said. He's supposedly been railroaded by BO, but when he has the chance to push forward with the people behind him to get what we've voted for - he buckles and gives in! I think he's just a poorly undercover BO lacky!

      Interesting you would ask that.
I originally entitled the past "His Majesty Is Completely Insane,"
I changed that after I decided to define delusional in my own way in the text.
Yes, O'Delusional is indeed insane. Should he ever discover what reality is, he may seek help for his pumpkin head.

Yes the first step in solving a problem is to admit you have a problem. I've read that when Hitler was told that the Russians were inside the city limits of Berlin, he said to the effect that if the German people couldn't live up to his ideals, they deserved to lose the war. Why in human history do these people make it to the tops of governments instead of into the asylums where they truly belong?

Hitler was supported by killers and a mastery of propaganda..
Obama did not need killers with the lamestream media and hordes of low information voters in his pocket. His skin color was a definite plus.
That's my best answer for the moment.

I agree...in addition, Hitler's way was paved by the German hyperinflation and total economic collapse in the 20's...(hmm, where have I heard that theme before?)...people were ready for "the man on the white horse" who would save them, "somehow". His machine was ready...

As far as O's race, I believe reliable, accurate pollsters determined, post-2008, that O probably would have lost, save for many white voters whose primary reason for voting for him was "because he was black"...and those were the ones who admitted it...as AR proved so well, guilt is an enormously powerful emotion that can cause you to make bad choices...in this case, very bad choices...

Believe I read that his majesty took a book about Reagan to Hawaii during one of his many vacations. Did his majesty read it?
I dunno. I don't really care what that master deceiver did. At least he was out of the White House for a while.
I remember Reagan taking over after Carter. It was the difference between night and day.

I think this is like those who read Ayn Rand and come off with a completely cockeyed basakwards comprehension of what they read. If they go into it with an unrealistic slant, they interpret it as complete trash and learn nothing.

You got this story from The Onion, right? So the joke is on us.
And his more recent claim that "‘I’M THE CLOSEST THING TO A JEW’ TO EVER BE PRESIDENT"
    Also from The Onion?
Because the alternative is that we have the most delusional, certifiable nut job in history now running our country. And something like that would never happen.

TheOnion.com is a humorous news web site that has a long history of having its stories mistaken for real news. Even by other news reporting sites that should know better. So naturally when some politician is quoted saying something outrageous, I pray that it isn't accurate. Unfortunately, time and time again I am proven wrong.

He ended two wars... and look at the power vacuum created that ISIS is taking advantage of. Someone - likely us - will have to address.

I'm sure the fans of our Dear Leader applaud his actions, and ultimately blame George Bush... almost seven years later.

Techno...yes, I probably should have used "some" instead of "we"...I always tried to do the best job I could, and as a teenager had my first taste of resentment from other workers, the kind unions exist to "protect". It was an invaluable experience though...after 3 years of that, and one year at an ultra-Left university...I was able to read AS the first time and immediately say to myself, "Ah, now I get it..."....

Unions....let me stay off of that soap box for now other than to say this...

Whenever a union rep came to me complaining that I was making other workers look bad here was my reply.

"I am not making them look bad, they are making themselves look bad by not doing the jobs they are being paid to do."
