Real Estate in MA and FL with Owner Financing or Barter (avoid the bank)

Over the past thirty years I bought and sold quality investment property in MA, CT, NH, FL and RI.

Most of the property initially had bank financing but some were with owner financing, lease/purchase or bartering options. I started doing the same and offering these options to potential buyers of my properties. I'm happy to say that all transactions with buyers have worked out in the best interests of both of us, the buyer and seller.

I presently have three properties to offer, a brand new custom home near Franklin, Massachusetts (close to the Patriot Stadium), two homes on a corner lot only 17 blocks from beautiful Hollywood Beach, Hollywood, Florida, and a single-family home on a dead-end street in Stuart, Florida. All are listed on Craigslist at these links:

2) http://orlando.craigslist.org/swp/503233...

All purchase options are designed to make it easy and affordable to buy property you want without involving the hassle of a bank and the legal costs if you wish.

Each property has a downpayment and competitive interest rate option for owner-occupied financing or lease/purchase options. No prepayment penalty either.

If interested, send give me a call to discuss options. I will email you further details about each property and arrange a showing. Each property will require a down payment amount and monthly amounts will be provided for each property.

This is the no hassle way to buy property without the added cost and fees typically involved in owning property.

Florida has a property tax exemption called homestead act or something like it. Doesn't make you a true property owner but it cuts down on the annual rent.

If you are interested in real estate farming, shoot me a PM. One of my former bosses invented it, and asked me to implement it > 30 years ago.
