there's a bias. You can tell by phrases the originator uses in explaining the game that he libertarian.

I am suspicious of computer games that purport to represent how a society works. Since the results will depend upon the programmer's bias as to what works and doesn't it can be used as a form of propaganda to 'prove' that a certain approach to governance is correct.

It will be interesting to see what happens.
